Membership Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all membership subscription plans offered through our service.

General Terms

  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted through your account dashboard or by contacting our customer support team at coterie@munaluchibridal.com.

  2. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to membership benefits until the end of your current billing period.

  3. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing period.

  4. Any recurring payments scheduled after your cancellation date will be automatically terminated.

Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Subscriptions

  • Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions may be canceled at any time

  • Cancellation must be completed at least 7 days (business days) before the next billing cycle

  • Access to services continues until the end of the current monthly period

  • No minimum commitment required

  • Quarterly and Annual - No refunds for partial quarters or year

Automatic Renewals

  • All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • Renewal notifications will be sent via email 14 days before the next billing cycle

  • Price changes, if any, will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Refund Eligibility

  • Once a payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

  • Customers can cancel their membership at any time.

Chargebacks

We strongly encourage members to contact us directly regarding any billing concerns or cancellation requests before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Chargebacks should only be used in cases of unauthorized transactions or fraud.

To avoid unnecessary fees and complications:

  1. Contact your Concierge or email coterie@munaluchibridal.com for immediate assistance with cancellation requests

  2. Allow our team 48 hours to process your request and respond

  3. Retain all correspondence and confirmation numbers for your records

Please note that filing a chargeback for services you authorized and received may constitute a breach of our terms of service. If a chargeback is initiated and subsequently ruled in favor of Munaluchi LLC, an administrative fee of $175 will be assessed to cover the costs of dispute processing.

Our team is committed to resolving any concerns directly with our members in a timely and satisfactory manner. We maintain detailed records of all transactions and member communications to ensure transparent and fair resolution of any billing disputes.

Account Status After Cancellation

  • All account data will be retained for 30 days after subscription ends

  • Listing may still appear but will no longer be searchable or accessible by the member.

  • Premium features will become inaccessible after the subscription period ends

  • Basic account access may be maintained without an active subscription

How to Cancel

  1. Email your Concierge and/or coterie@munaluchibridal.com within 7 business days of your next billing date with your request to cancel your membership.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
